Academic Probation
Enrollment in the College programs and continued progress in the curriculum require that a student maintains a cumulative grade point average of 1.70 (C-) or higher for the BTh program and 0.70 (D-) or higher for the BMin and CTh programs. Although a student who fails below this average would not be expelled from the College rather he would be put on academic probation for a maximum of two semesters. A student who fails more than two subjects in each semester must take re-exam on failure subjects. A student who takes re-exam must pay for re-take exam fees K. 500.00. All students must finish all the supplements before the final examination of the Second Semester of the Academic Year. The Degree and Certificate will not be offered to students, those who do not complete their course(s) and those who have not met with financial matter.
