Application Instructions and College Calendar
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
The applicant who is seeking for enrollment at Reformed Theological College in Myanmar must file a formal application with the Registrar, Principal or Academic Dean, consisting of the following components:
1. The Application Form
The Application Form should be sent by May 31 in each Academic Year.
2. Transcripts
All the colleges or high schools graduate transcripts or certificates must be submitted along with application form. Those who apply admission from another seminaries or Bible Colleges must submit current transcripts. These should be official transcripts sent directly from the former institution to Reformed Theological College.
3. Recommendations/References
Reformed Theological College requires an endorsement from the church consistory or session, as well as recommendations from the pastor or Elder-in-charge of the applicant’s own church. All recommendations/references must be submitted along with the application form. The applicant who does not submit completed recommendations or sufficient documents will not be enrolled at the College.
4. Photograph
A recent photograph or snapshot of 1.5”x1.5” should accompany with application form.
5. Application Fee
A non-refundable fee of 3000 kyat must accompany with application form.
6. Health Certificate
Reformed Theological College requires a physician’s statement verifying physical and emotional condition to carry a full-time load of graduate studies.
7. Submit a testimony of your Conversation Experience
Please write a short essay in a separate sheet(s) of paper, submitting a testimony of your conversion experience and explaining why you wish to study at RTC and what is your plan after your studies.
8. Interview
A personal interview with the principal of the College is strongly encouraged. All admission materials should be addressed to the attention of the Principal/Registrar of the College.
